EOI – Great Southern Air Embraer 190 Flight Crew

Great Southern Air is a regional Air Transport operator based in based in Southeast Queensland with plans to commence passenger charter and FIFO operations in mid 2024.

Great Southern Air is looking for the right people to join our organisation in the roles of Direct Entry Captains and First Officers on our Embraer 175/195 aircraft.

Successful candidates must be willing to be rostered both on weekdays and weekends.

Direct Entry Captains

Minimum 5000 hours Total Time

1500 hours PIC Multi Crew operations on ERJ 175/190 or similar type

Australia ATPL Licence

Current IPC (minimum 5 renewals)

Australian citizen or the right to work in Australia.

Hold or have the ability to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).

Current Australian Class 1 medical certificate

Be willing and able to conduct a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.

Highly Desirable

Flight Examiner/Instructor/Training and Checking highly regarded.

Embraer 175/190 Type Rating

First Officer

Minimum 1500 hours Total Time

500 hours PIC Multi Engine IFR

500 hours Multi Crew operations

Australia ATPL Licence

Current IPC (minimum 3 renewals)

A CASA approved Multi-Crew Cooperation Certificate (MCC).

Australian citizen or the right to work in Australia.

Hold or have the ability to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).

Current Australian Class 1 medical certificate.

Previous jet experience desirable

Be willing and able to conduct a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.

Full Time, Part time, and Casual may be considered for the above positions for the right candidates.
